Terms of Service

These terms govern use of our website and, together with your signed project documents, our provision of restoration, construction, and renovation services. Effective date: January 1, 2026.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing garestorationsrepairsllc.com, submitting a service request, or contracting with GA Restorations & Repairs LLC ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services Provided

GA Restorations provides emergency restoration services (water, fire, smoke, mold, and storm damage mitigation), licensed general contracting and structural rebuilds, renovation services, and cleaning services throughout Metro Atlanta and North Georgia.

Scope of work for any project is defined exclusively in a written estimate, work authorization, or contract signed by both parties. Website content is informational and does not constitute a binding offer.

3. Estimates & Pricing

Estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Emergency mitigation work frequently requires an open-ended authorization because the full scope cannot be confirmed until destructive inspection or drying begins; in such cases, work is billed according to the signed work authorization and applicable insurance-approved pricing (Xactimate) or our published rate schedule.

Prices quoted assume conditions observable at the time of assessment. Concealed conditions discovered during work (for example, hidden mold or structural damage) may require a change order approved before additional work proceeds.

4. Emergency Services & Access

Emergency response times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by storm events, road closures, or call volume. For safety reasons, our technicians may decline to enter structurally compromised areas.

You agree to provide safe, legal access to the property, including water and power supply where reasonably required to perform mitigation.

5. Insurance Assignments & Payment

Where we bill your insurance carrier directly, you remain responsible for deductibles, policy exclusions, and any amounts denied or not covered by your policy. You agree to promptly provide claim information, sign assignments of benefits or direction-to-pay forms, and cooperate with carrier documentation requests.

Invoices for non-insurance work are due according to the payment schedule in your contract. Late payments may accrue interest at the lesser of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by Georgia law.

6. Workmanship Warranty

Completed work is covered by a written workmanship warranty as stated in your project contract, in addition to any manufacturer warranties on materials. The warranty excludes damage from subsequent events, normal wear, Owner-performed alterations, and pre-existing conditions.

7. Website Content & Intellectual Property

All website content — text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of GA Restorations Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce or reuse our content commercially without written permission.

Blog articles and guides are general information, not professional advice for your specific property. Always consult a qualified professional before acting on general restoration or construction guidance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Georgia law, the Company’s total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amounts paid by you for the specific work giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, unless your signed project contract specifies an alternative dispute process (such as mediation) which will then apply.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The effective date below reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
